Our farm is located between the Valdaso di Montalto Marche, the Valdaso and Val Menocchia di Carassai, two valleys with completely different exposures.
The first two with north-east exposure, with a strategic and natural meeting point between the sea breezes and the thermal excursions of the Apennines, the other side instead, the Val Menocchia, characterized by a soil that is sometimes sandy and with strong differences in height gives the Montepulciano grape a very intense aroma.
We mainly cultivate the varieties of native vineyards such as Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Passerina, Pecorino, Trebbiano. The vineyards extend over an area of 5 hectares, divided into the two different valleys that delimit the municipality of Carassai: the Val Menocchia with south-east exposure, and the Valdaso of Carassai and Valdaso of Montalto with north-east exposure.
We also have a small cereal production and our strength is ANNARELLA OLIVE OIL, an oil derived from a premature harvest that is characterized by an intense green color and a strong flavor.
Our company is an organic company and all organic crops reject chemical synthesis products for fertilization and for the defense against weeds and parasites and only adopt natural preparations.
